Our students, ages 14 to 24, start real small businesses of every kind: crafts and retail, tutoring, pet care, outdoor guiding, design and video, trades and repair, farming, food and more. Whatever your work or passion, there's a way you can help them succeed.

Meet with a student or pair a few times a season and help them think through customers, pricing and next steps. Any field is welcome.Guest speaker

Before anyone works with students, every volunteer and mentor completes a background check and youth-safety training, and agrees to our two-adult rule: no adult is ever alone with a young person. You can read more on our Safety page.
